All Ice Cream vans and Ice Cream Parlours carry upto date electrical and gas certificates and all staff are uniformed and obtain a minimum of Level 2 in Health and Hygiene through NCASS ( Nationwide Caterers Association ).

Our company has achieved a Level 5 Food Hygiene Rating which can be viewed on the Food Standards Agency website.
